Xinlei has been established in 2002. It's been almost 20 years on manufacture deep-hole gun drill. We have being industry leader through 20 years of technology precipitation in China.
We have certified by ISO9001 since 2010 and applied for patent of solid carbide gun-drill from State Intellectual Property Office. Right now we have five main products, Solid carbid gun drill, brazed gun drill, diamond gun drill, insert gun drill and BTA gun drill.
With the increasingly mature technology and the establishment of a foreign trade team. Xinlei products are exported to India, Russia, Vietnam, Mexico, Indonesia, etc.
The current staff number working at Xin lei is 25. and the Workshop monthly output is 2500 pieces. The average delivery date arounds 3-4 weeks for international business. We import raw material from ceratizit, iscar, guhring, estech. We also have Chinese made raw material. We Provide customers with suitable raw materials according to products in different industries. The total process we produce gun-drill experience 27 steps and the finished products are inspected by standard Quality system to meet customers requirement.
